Connect MASLERO to your AI assistant

Before you start

• Your organization is on the Business or Enterprise plan. Trials are included.
• AI Connections is turned on for your organization. Owners and admins turn it on or off under Modules.
• You're an active member of the organization.

Connect

1. In your AI assistant, open its directory of connectors or apps, find MASLERO and connect it.
2. Then sign in to MASLERO, choose one or more organizations and allow access.

If your account uses two-factor authentication, you'll enter your code when you sign in.

What the assistant can do

• Connection details — which organizations are connected, your name, your role in each organization and what you can read in each area.
• Contact search — finds people by name, job title, department, email address, phone number or social media username.
• Contact details — one person's full profile: all email addresses and phone numbers, social media accounts, addresses, tags, custom fields, notes, and their latest deals and activities.
• Deal list — lists deals by status, pipeline or keyword, with value, stage, contact and expected close date.
• Deal details — one deal's full record: stage, value, contact, owners, products, close details, notes and its latest activities.
• Pipeline summary — the number of deals and their total value per stage and currency.
• Activity list — what happened recently, what's coming up and what's overdue.
• Activity details — one activity's full record: type, dates, call details, contact, deal, owners, participants and notes.
• Member list — the organization's members with their roles; only if your role can manage members.

It can only read data. It cannot create, change or delete anything. Each tool follows your role in MASLERO. If your role cannot see something, the assistant tells you that you do not have permission instead of guessing.

Your data

• It sees only what you can see in MASLERO.
• A connection reads only the organizations you selected when you allowed access, one organization per request. To change them, disconnect the assistant in MASLERO and connect it again.
• Every request from the assistant is recorded in your organization's audit log for 12 months. MASLERO doesn't store the assistant's answers.
• What the assistant receives is processed by its provider under the provider's own terms. See our Privacy Policy.

Use it safely

• Only connect AI assistants you trust. MASLERO doesn't operate them.
• AI assistants can make mistakes. Check important answers in MASLERO before you act on them.
• Text in your records, such as an email someone sent you, reaches the assistant as data. Be careful if an answer asks you to do something unexpected.

Disconnect

Remove the connection at any time in MASLERO: Security › AI Connections in the mobile app, or Settings › AI Connections on the web. Access ends immediately. You can also remove MASLERO from your assistant's connectors.

If something goes wrong

• “This Request Has Expired” — the approval window is short. Start the connection again from the assistant.
• “Not available for this organization” — the organization needs the Business plan and AI Connections turned on.
• “Complete your account security step first, then try again.” — finish two-factor authentication in MASLERO.
• Asked to approve again? The earlier connection can no longer be used — for example, your security settings changed. Approving again restores it.
